TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The company is not responsible for picking up passengers at their places; tourists should reach our office or pick up points 15 minutes before the schedule time of departure.
• Contraband articles are prohibited from being carried in the coach. If detected, the passenger will have to alight at the point of detection and the company will not be responsible.
• The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconveniences caused during the tour due to unavoidable circumstances beyond the control of the organization.
• Maximum 15kgs of luggage will be allowed per passenger. Above 15kgs will be charged at Rs 2/kg.
• We may at our discretion require any person to alight from a tour if we deem his/her conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, or if behaving in such a way as to constitute a risk to his/her safety or to the safety of other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.
• The Company endeavors to provide departure points and times for the service which are as accurate as possible. However, the Company reserves the right to vary such departure points and times without notice, as circumstances require.
• Where a ticket is purchased from one of the Company’s Ticket Agents, any query, regarding the ticket purchase or refund request, must be referred to the Ticket Agent who sold the ticket.
• The company is not responsible for small luggage carried by passenger inside the bus.
• Drinking Alcohol and smoking is not allowed.
• The management reserves the right to admission.
